Fun at the Salmon Park...

We all (me, Paige, my parents, my sister and her family) went to the Salmon Park for lunch and some play time before we had to head back to Boise. It was a beautiful day and not too hot yet. The kid's had a blast playing!

Hunter (I think he must be related to spiderman!) scales the rock wall in no time flat! He's 2 1/2 and has no fear....

Hunter loved the swings...Grammie is pushing him high!

Tristan on the monkey bars...

Papa pushes Paige and Tristan pushes Hunter on the swings...

Jasen shows me his climbing skills too...
Papa spinning Tristan on the merry-go-round!

Jasen up on the monkey bars...he is such a smiley boy!

Exploring the Sacajawea Center in Salmon

We went to the Sacajawea Center in Salmon with Tristan, Jasem, Grammie and Papa... we walked the whole path and had a lot of fun!

A view of the mountains outside Salmon....

We went to see the live demonstration about Lewis and Clark history. There were not many peolpe there yet this day so, we basically got a private lesson! It was hands on for the kids...the got to see up close some of the medicine's, weapons, clothes, etc used by Lewis and Clark.

How does this smell??

Tristan tyring on some of the Lewis and Clark attire...

Jasen is al suited up...with a BIG smile too!

4th of July in Salmon....the parade

Paige and I went to Salmon for the 4th of July (Kurt had been on a business trip and arrived home just before we left, so he was tired!) with my my parents and we visited my sister's family (they were in Salmon for their annual visit). We had lots of fun!

Paige had her face painted before the parad starts....

SO excited for the parade!

Derby cars...

The fire trucks sprayed us! Tristan and Jasen got soaked!

Two and a half!

Paige is talking so much and repeats nearly everything she hears. She likes to watch Madagascar 2...and sings one of the main songs "I like to move it" (by will.i.am; who happens to be one of my current favs!) and dances...it is pretty funny. She likes to jump, climb, run, play hide-and-seek, do puzzles, paint and draw, and ride her bikes outside. She makes us laugh every day and adds sunshine to our lives!

Easter Egg Hunting....

Saturday morning there was a community Easter egg hunt at the park near our house. We walked down to it, although it was COLD outside. Paige had fun putting the eggs in her bucket.

Simple...Friday night fun!

It's amazing that when you are 2 little things really make you so happy! Right now Paige really likes to stand on her stool and jump off, at which time we all say 'yeah' and make "music' with whatever little instrument we might have (...seriously we have one maraca, a few rattles, and some hand held drums...so this is basic, basic stuff)....

First Paige stands on the stool and requires us to be quite....

Then she jumps down and we all 'make music', sing 'YEAH', and dance around....

Time for a short rest on the stairs...

"This is pretty fun!"

Resting in her dolly's bed for a few minutes...
